Our goal is to empower individuals and organizations with state-of-the-art emergency response training, workplace consulting services, life-saving equipment and affordable educational resources. A little about our history

Our organization was founded by Sam Younessian and his wife, Maria. Sam is an RN, EMT-P, a New York City and New York State Certified Paramedic and Registered Professional Nurse with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Sam is also a highly decorated Paramedic Lieutenant for the FDNY-EMS. His wife, Maria, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in various hospitals’ Cardiology Departments. Our staff of healthcare providers has worked in the emergency rooms of New York City hospitals and have dedicated much time to instructing members of volunteer ambulance associations and other professional organizations. We have already transformed hundreds of workplace environments and certified more than 100,000 students.

Our training philosophy

We offer many emergency response programs for healthcare and non-healthcare providers, and our distinctive approach to training maximizes the learning potential for both adult and adolescent learners. We structure our student’s classroom time to obtain a level of understanding and proficiency needed for certification. Our courses use state-of-the-art equipment accompanied by hands-on exercises and lectures by American Heart Association and American Academy of Pediatrics instructors with over twenty years of field and teaching experience.
