Lateness Policy

Participants should arrive for training early. Students who are late will have difficulty catching up once the training has begun. The doors to the classroom will be closed fifteen minutes after the start of the class – if you have not arrived by this time, you will be considered absent and your registration fee will not be returned.

Cancellation Policy

FOR BLS: Classes are NON REFUNDABLE, if you need to cancel the course, course credit equals to the cost of the class minus books and shipping may be used for up to 60 days starting from the original class date. if you would like to reschedule, please let us know 48 hours in advance to the course. if the course is rescheduled with less than 48 hours in advance notice, there will be a $25 fee for rescheduling. Only ONE reschedule is allowed. If you are not able to make it on the day of the course and do not notify us before the start of the class, it will be considered as a NO SHOW. NO SHOW automatically forfeits the right to reschedule and forfeits course credit.

FOR ACLS/PALS/EKG/NRP/IV: Classes are NON REFUNDABLE, if you need to cancel the course, course credit equals to the cost of the class minus books and shipping may be used for up to 60 days starting from the original class date. if you would like to reschedule, please let us know 48 hours in advance to the course. if the course is rescheduled with less than 48 hours in advance notice, there will be a $50 fee for rescheduling.
