PLEASE NOTE:
Your course link and license code will be emailed within 24 hrs. (Mon-Sun) and will be a separate email from your initial email order confirmation.
After purchase, we will send you a key that will allow you access to this course. You will need to provide additional information before starting the course. Once you pass the online exam, you must print out a certificate of completion and bring it to CPR123. You must call 718-309-0968 or 718-886-1540 to schedule your skills check.
Be aware that on occasions, eLearning keys may be sent to Spam folders depending on the student’s email account.
Q. Are refunds allowed?
A. Yes refunds are allowed within 14 calendar days starting from the date of purchase. However, there will be a $15.00 processing and handling fee and as long as you have not used the access KEYCODE we sent you. If you used the access keycode to log on, no refunds are allowed.
