Lateness Policy

Participants should arrive for training early. Students who are late will have difficulty catching up once the training has begun. The doors to the classroom will be closed fifteen minutes after the start of the class – if you have not arrived by this time, you will be considered absent and your registration fee will not be returned.

Cancellation Policy

Classroom Courses

FOR BLS: Classes are NON REFUNDABLE, if you need to cancel the course, course credit equals to the cost of the class minus books and shipping may be used for up to 60 days starting from the original class date. if you would like to reschedule, please let us know 48 hours in advance to the course. if the course is rescheduled with less than 48 hours in advance notice, there will be a $25 fee for rescheduling. Only ONE reschedule is allowed. If you are not able to make it on the day of the course and do not notify us before the start of the class, it will be considered as a NO SHOW. NO SHOW automatically forfeits the right to reschedule and forfeits course credit.

FOR ACLS/PALS/EKG/NRP/IV: Classes are NON REFUNDABLE, if you need to cancel the course, course credit equals to the cost of the class minus books and shipping may be used for up to 60 days starting from the original class date. if you would like to reschedule, please let us know 48 hours in advance to the course. if the course is rescheduled with less than 48 hours in advance notice, there will be a $50 fee for rescheduling. e-Learning Courses
Are refunds allowed?
Yes refunds are allowed minus a $15.00 processing and handling fee as long as you have not used the access KEY we sent you. If you used the access key to log on, no refunds are allowed.

Credit Card Charges

If a charge is placed in dispute by the student (or the cardholder if  it is not your card) because if you (or the cardholder) do not recognize/recall this charge, you will pay CPR123, inc. a processing fee of $25.00 in addition to the original charges due on the transaction.

Shipping Policy

Orders within the United States will be shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground. We will also use USPS for small items. Please note that all orders require 48 hours for processing and packaging if in stock. Some items may need to be backordered, which could require up to 1-2 weeks for processing and packaging.

Understand that shipping charges quoted are not exact. Some orders (i.e. bulky, heavier products) may be modified after your order, which could result in a decreased or increased shipping and handling fees. Orders shipped to Guam, Virgin Islands, Alaska or Hawaii will require additional shipping charges. You agree to be responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to the order being shipped.

Depending on the item’s price, amount, and/or nature of the items sent, some orders will be sent with a signature required and will not be left at shipping address. You agree to be present for delivery of your order or reshipping, handling and/or restocking fees will be charged.
Shipping via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground (within the U.S.) Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii requires additional shipping charge, please call for shipping information.

2-Day Service
A fee of $35.00 will be applied to the above shipping price for 2-Day Service orders that require 2-day delivery (2-day service is not guaranteed). This is option is only available on items that are currently in stock. Please note that the 2-Day Service may still require the 5-7 business days for processing and packaging.

Next Day Service
A fee of $45.00 will be applied to the above shipping price for express orders that require next day delivery (next day service is not guaranteed). This is option is only available on items that are currently in stock. Please note that the Express Service may still require the 5-7 business days for processing and packaging.

Outside the United States

Return Policy

If you are not pleased with your order, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or replacement when you notify us within 7 days of delivery. The refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges. For a refund of purchase price, items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. In order to return your product, please contact us via email at: orders@cpr123.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. All products that are accepted for return, which we determine are not defective and are restockable, will be charged a 20% per item restocking fee. We will refund standard shipping charges if there is a defect in the merchandise. Returns must be complete with parts, accessories, manuals, etc. Products with defects caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or not reading and adhering to operating instructions are not covered under this policy. We will refund shipping costs on items that we determine to be defective.

Privacy Policy

At CPR123, your privacy is very important to us. Any information we gather is what you provide us when you make purchases and requests. That includes your name, address, phone number, mailing address, and credit card or other bank information. We use this information only to provide you the services needed to transact your purchases. It is confidential and never sold to outside vendors. Only our partners (i.e., Authorize.net, FedEx, UPS, credit companies) have access to your information in order to complete your transaction.

Guarantee

We guarantee any products purchased from CPR123 for up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped from us. We cannot accept returns on products that are opened or used. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. The products must be in the same condition as when we shipped it. If the product is defective, please contact us to get a return authorization number, we will refund the price of the product and standard shipping costs. Any order that is returned for a refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
