CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once registration has been processed, NO REFUND will be given. Credits may be used up to 60 days from the original class date.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
- 48 hours in advance or more notice: No fee will incur. Student may only reschedule once within 60 days of the original class date.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: $25 fee will apply for BLS and Heartsavers Courses. $50 will apply for ACLS, PALS, NRP, EKG and IV Therapy courses. Student may only reschedule once within 60 days of the original class date.
- Rescheduled more than once: We do not allow rescheduling more than once. We do not honor refund or credit if the student is not able to make it to the rescheduled class unless there are extreme weather conditions rendering the student unable to come to class.
LATENESS POLICY:
- Student must come to class on time. We recommend student to arrive to class 15 minutes prior to the start of the class. If the student is more than 15 minutes late to class, the student must reschedule. Please see the above rescheduling policy for more rescheduling details. If the student is late for a rescheduled class, the student will be considered as a NO SHOW (please see below for the NO SHOW policy).
NO SHOW POLICY:
- Student who does not show up to class and did not notify us before the start of the class is considered a NO SHOW. We do not honor refund or credit for NO SHOW student.
REPLACEMENT CARD/MISPRINTED CARD:
- BLS/Heartsaver replacement cards are $10 each. ACLS/PALS/NRP replacement cards are $15 each. Student has the option to pick up the card or provide us with a self-addressed and stamped envelope to receive the card. If the student choose to have CPR123 ship the card to the student via USPS Standard Mail (regular mail), $5 additional shipping and processing fee will be charged.
- Student is responsible for the correct spelling of the student’s own name. A student roster is given at the beginning of each class and student must check to make sure the student’s name on the roster is correct. If the student fails to notify the instructor or the administrative assistants at the time of the class that the name is spelled incorrectly, CPR123 will not be responsible for the misprinting of the card. Student will have to pay the replacement card fee in order to obtain another card.
E-LEARNING/ONLINE COURSES:
- NO REFUND is allowed.
- Please contact AHA (1-888-242-8883 or help@onlineaha.org) for any technical issues.
- Exchanging from an online course to a physical in-class course is NOT PERMITTED once the keycode has been sent to the student.
PAYMENT POLICY:
- We do not accept Amex nor personal check for payment.
- Only Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, money order and cash are accepted.
CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACK/DISPUTE:
- If a charge is placed in dispute by the student (or the cardholder if it is not the student’s card) because the student (or the cardholder) do not recognize/recall this charge, the student is responsible for a processing fee of $25.00 in addition to the original charges due on the transaction.
SHIPPING POLICY:
- Orders within the United States will be shipped via USPS. FedEx and UPS can be requested with additional fee. Please note that all orders require 48 hours for processing and packaging if in stock. Some items may need to be backordered, which could require up to 1-2 weeks for processing and packaging.
- Please understand that shipping charges quoted are not exact. Some orders (i.e. bulky, heavier products) may be modified after your order, which could result in a decreased or increased shipping and handling fees. Orders shipped to Guam, Virgin Islands, Alaska or Hawaii will require additional shipping charges. Purchasers agree to be responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees.
- Purchases will be notified of any additional charges prior to the order being shipped.
- Depending on the item’s price, amount, and/or nature of the item sent, the package will be sent with a signature required and will not be left at shipping address. Purchaser agrees to be present for delivery of the order.
- If shipment is returned to us because the receiving end refuse the package or is not available to accept the package after several reasonable attempts are made by the carrier, the purchaser will be responsible to pay for the re-shipping and re-handling fees. The purchaser will also have the option to pick up the package at our specified location but no shipping and handling fees will be refunded.

RETURN POLICY:
- If the purchaser is not pleased with the order, the purchaser may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or replacement when the purchaser notifies us within 7 days of delivery. The refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges. For a refund of the purchase price, the item must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. In order to return the product, please contact us via email at: orders@cpr123.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. All products that are accepted for return, which we will first determine are not defective and are restockable, will be charged a 20% per item restocking fee. We will refund standard shipping charges if there is a defect in the merchandise. Returns must be complete with parts, accessories, manuals, etc. Products with defects caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or not reading and adhering to operating instructions are not covered under this policy.
- We cannot accept returns on products that are opened or used. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
PRIVACY POLICY:
- Here at CPR123, our customer’s privacy is very important to us. Any information we gathered from the customer is what was provided to us when the purchase or request was made. That includes the customer’s name, address, phone number, mailing address, and credit card or other bank information. We use this information only to provide the services needed to transact the purchase.
- The information is confidential and will never be sold to outside vendors. Only our partners (i.e., Authorize.net, FedEx, UPS, credit companies, the AHA) have access to your information in order to complete your transaction.
PRODUCT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:
- CPR123 guarantees its products against defects for up to 7 days from the date of receipt unless it is damaged by the purchaser. CPR123 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied or any kind with respect to the products sold on this website. The purchaser agrees that CPR123, its officers, employees, and representatives will not be held liable for damages arising from the use of these products. The purchaser also agrees the maximum liability to CPR123 shall be the price of the products ordered.
