CPR123’s Mission To Provide Emergency Response Training Reaches The Aveda Institute
31 August 2015, San Antonio, Texas: The students at San Antonio’s Aveda Institute received a surprise when they received CPR123’s instructor George Templeton who was visiting the institute as a volunteer to address the importance of, and train the students for, emergency CPR.
It was one of the many efforts by the company, which aims to improve the standards of emergency response through training and awareness. CPR123 has been making waves in San Antonio since they began operations here.
CPR123 is expanding its reach fast. Their branch in Texas is one of five branches, four of which are on the east coast. Over the past few years, they have grown to be one of the leading healthcare training providers. From CPR to ACLS and from BLS to PALS and much more, their range of services is quite extensive and is expanding every day.
The company is on a mission to provide emergency response training to individuals and organizations. They also offer consulting services, educational resources, and life-saving equipment to their clients. Even after offering certifications to more than 50,000 students, folks over at CPR123 say that their mission has just begun. And there’s still a long way to go towards spreading awareness about emergency response. And the trip to the Aveda Institute was the latest in the series of efforts to achieve that larger goal.
A class, which could easily have been mundane, turned out to be exciting as students learned about the value of training and some of the best ways to respond in the case of emergency. A presentation punctuated by recent survival statistics and choking-related information managed to capture the attention of the students who actively engaged with George.
Channeling the excitement of the event, Amanda Duncan, one of the school professionals said, “It was a great presentation from George Templeton with CPR123, one of the best and funniest ones we’ve had at the school.”
But the way things are going at CPR123, the best, it seems, is yet to come.
